Marina City

Marina City is one of the largest residential developments in Sulaymaniyah Governorate, located in Kalar on the Sirwan River. It was designed by Vogue Architects, and Mafkar Company began work on the project in 2023.
Mafkar carried out the structural design of the development’s corniche, the landscaped promenade along the Sirwan River. Marina City is now under construction.
