Mafkar Company is building Al-Khalis Hospital, a new 50-bed hospital in Al-Khalis District, Diyala Governorate. Construction began in 2025 on a 21,000 m² site and is in progress.
The hospital adds to Mafkar’s portfolio of public buildings and to its work in Diyala, where the company also built the Al-Quds Overpass in Baqubah.
