Garmiyan Central Water Laboratory

In 2012, Mafkar Company built the central water laboratory for Garmiyan District in Sulaymaniyah Governorate, on a 2,500 m² site in Kalar.
A 6.6 kWh solar system provides emergency power to the building and its laboratory equipment, and Mafkar fitted the interior with Maars Living Walls partition systems.
The project reflects Mafkar’s experience with water-sector facilities and sustainable building technology.
